Arts Everywhere is a month-long celebration of culture and creativity in Pinellas County, Florida, which runs from November 1 through December 6, 2026. Organized by Creative Pinellas in partnership with St Pete-Clearwater, it turns the region into a showcase of the arts. Grants were awarded to 30 different organizations in the area to support this initiative. Safety Harbor Art & Music Center is one of these recipients, resulting in our Creative Carnaval event, a three-day celebration marking the 10 year anniversary of SHAMc. We're hoping that this initiative becomes an annual thing!
What brings Margaret Murray joy?

Lastly, the best pieces of advice from this episode:
Artwork IS Work!
The arts are not a luxury, they're a necessity.
Pinellas residents, try to remember how you felt when you were a child and creating artwork and how thrilled your parents were when they saw the artwork that you created. That joy can happen to everyone in Pinellas County if we just support the arts!
