Todd Ramquist and Kiaralinda, who call themselves the "WhimZey TwinZ", are a creative duo based in Safety Harbor, FL, where they have spent the better part of their lifetimes turning their home into a work of art inside and out. Affectionately dubbed WhimZeyLand, it's sought out by visitors from all over the world who want to see the quirky roadside attraction.
