SUNSPLASH 2020 AT SHAMC 706 2ND ST N SAFETY HARBOR FL PRESENTED BY Whispering Souls African American Cemetery Saturday March 7 2020 5:00 PM-10:00 PM VIP tickets are $25.00 ( VIP lounge area, complimentary appetizers, food , and one drink ticket. ) General admission $10.00. There will also be live and silent auctions, and a food truck on the premises. All proceeds go towards the restoration of Whispering Souls African American Cemetery. Whispering Souls African American Cemetery is a non profit organization formed in 2017. Our mission is to restore a once neglected African American Cemetery that is located at 3698 South Drive Clearwater, Florida.This is the burial ground to many former African American residents of Safety Harbor. The cemetery is approximately 2/3 of an acre.The oldest grave dates back to 1898. Sunsplash is our major fundraising effort to raise funds for restoration efforts that include, but are not limited to general cemetery upkeep,legal fees and fencing. Our group members are multi generational, multi cultural reflect many religions and politcal. associations ,predominately Safety Harbor Florida residents. all united and dedicated to this
